There's something real you can do today.
Daily Ripple gives you a few simple actions to choose from, sized to the time you have, built around what you care about.
What feels too big to act on is made small enough to do, but big enough to count.
It's early days and we're opening to a small first group. If you'd like to become a founding member and help shape what Daily Ripple becomes, leave your email and we'll keep you updated in the run-up to early access in August.
You know the feeling.
A headline, a post, something a friend says, and there's that flicker of I should do something about this. Then reality answers back: where do I even start? The days are too full, and I'm just one person. So the flicker fades, nothing changes, and what stays is the sense you could be doing more.
Caring was never the problem.
Most of us care more than we manage to act on. What's usually missing is a clear thing to do that fits the time you have.
Daily Ripple is made for that moment. It begins with something real you can do today, and it adds up toward something far bigger.
Whatever your day looks like, there's something you can do.
-
1
Choose how much time you have today
-
2
Pick from a few actions, sized to fit
-
3
Do it now or schedule it, with a fresh set tomorrow
The kind of thing you will find:
Register as an organ donor at donatelife.gov.au, using just your Medicare card. A few minutes now could one day save several lives.
CommunityLearn something you didn't know about a friend or colleague by asking what they've done lately that they're proud of.
ConnectionSave energy by filling a couple of bottles and popping them in the freezer. A full freezer uses less power.
EnvironmentSome days you'll do more, some days less, but there's always something within reach.
Doing something once is easy enough. Doing it again and again is harder, and that's what motivation can't carry on its own. So we help you build a habit of acting on what matters to you, in whatever way the day allows.
There are no streaks and no scores to keep up, so when a week gets away from you, nothing breaks. You can pick it up where you left off, and see friends and neighbours making time for the causes they care about, each in their own way.
This is the early version, and it's deliberately focused. We're starting with a small set of causes and a handful of actions, because the habit is what matters first.
A daily habit, in service of something larger.
A daily action is just the start. From day one, your ripple is one of many, and they add up.
Underneath it all is a simple belief: that we all have a hand in shaping the world we live in, and it shifts most not through a few people doing the big things, but through a lot of us doing the small ones.
In time, Daily Ripple grows to include a place where you can meet others in your local community, in person, to further the causes you've been tending. That's what we are building towards. The daily practice is the first step, and it's what we're working on now.
Build it with us from the start.
We're opening Daily Ripple to a small founding group first. As a founding member, you'll have a direct line to us. You'll be among the first using it day to day, so what you think really matters.
Our hope is that this becomes something we all created together, and that part of it is yours.
Leave your email and we'll keep you updated in the run-up to early access in August.
Daily Ripple is a mission-locked social enterprise. In plain terms: you're the reason it exists. We didn't create it to make money off you. Everything is designed to serve you as you act on the things you care about, never the other way around. We're currently working with our legal team to write this into our constitution, so it's locked in for good, not just promised.
